Terms of Service

2.1 License

Subject to these Terms, Origin8.AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services.

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

5.1 Pricing

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Services ("User Content").

7.2 Content License

You grant Origin8.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process User Content to provide and improve the Services.

9.1 Ownership of AI Outputs

You retain full ownership of any outputs generated through our AI Services using your inputs ("AI Outputs"). This includes but is not limited to text, analysis, and other content generated through our platform.

9.2 Usage Rights

While you own the AI Outputs, Origin8.AI retains all rights to our underlying AI Services, technology, and systems used to generate those outputs.

9.3 Usage Restrictions

You agree to use the AI Services and AI Outputs in compliance with:

• •Any additional terms specified in your service agreement

10.1 Availability

We target 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.

10.2 Support

Support response times vary by service tier:

• •Enterprise: 4-hour response time
• •Business: 12-hour response time
• •Standard: 24-hour response time

11.1 Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11.2 Liability Cap

Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.

13.2 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for:

• •Non-payment
• •Fraudulent or illegal activities

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• •You must pay outstanding fees

16.1 Informal Resolution

The parties agree to attempt informal resolution through good faith negotiations before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

16.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

16.3 Small Claims and Injunctive Relief

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies from any court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights.
