Our policy regarding subscription cancellations, refunds, and service credits for Origin8.AI customers.
Origin8.AI offers the following subscription billing cycles:
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the current subscription price at the start of each new billing period.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Please retain this for your records.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Subscription fees for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable. However, you will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation.
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you maintain access to the service until the end of the current billing month.
No pro-rata or partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations. You retain full access through the end of your billing period.
If you are unsatisfied with Origin8.AI within 14 days of purchasing an annual subscription, you are entitled to a full refund. This guarantee applies only to first-time annual subscribers.
To request a refund within the 14-day period, contact billing@origin8ai.co with your order number and reason for the refund request.
After the 14-day period, annual subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we offer the option to apply pro-rata service credits toward future usage.
If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day period, we may provide a service credit equal to the unused portion of your subscription, calculated on a pro-rata daily basis.
Pro-rata credits are calculated as:
Annual Fee × (Remaining Days / 365 Days)
Service credits may be applied toward future subscriptions or services. Credits do not constitute payment to you and cannot be converted to cash.
In the event of significant service disruptions or downtime, Origin8.AI may issue service credits as compensation, based on the severity and duration of the outage.
The following fees are non-refundable:
Free trial periods are available to new customers only. One free trial account per person or organization.
Cancel before the trial expires to avoid being charged for the first subscription period. No payment is required if cancelled during the trial period.
Trial accounts have the same terms and restrictions as paid accounts. All data and usage are subject to our standard terms.
Enterprise customers may have custom refund and cancellation terms negotiated as part of their service agreement. Those terms supersede this policy.
Please refer to your enterprise agreement for specific refund eligibility and cancellation procedures. Contact your account manager for clarification.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Additional time may be required depending on your financial institution.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time if your payment method has changed or been closed.
You will receive an email confirmation of your refund with details and expected processing date.
If you believe a refund was improperly denied or if you have questions about a refund decision, please contact our billing team with supporting documentation.
Appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days. A member of our finance team will respond with a determination and explanation.
Filing chargebacks or disputes with your payment processor may result in account suspension. We encourage contacting us directly before pursuing payment disputes.
